If I miss a lot of short puts in a round the first thing I do is run this drill. I take a bottle of water and put it front of the hole or actually in the hole. This relieves the pressure of trying to fit the ball into something. It gives you something more tangible to aim at. Check out the video below:

  1. Hello Paul,

    You were talking with Nick Faldo on TV about
    creating more club hand speed and I think you
    said get a longer shaft for your driver is that
    correct. I have asked a couple of teaching pro’s
    and they don’t agree but I would think a touring
    pro like your self would know more about it.
